Return Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges on physical products.


Our policy lasts 3 days for Physical Products. If applicable days elapse from your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a paid receipt or proof of purchase to accompany the product with all original packaging.

Refunds/Charge backs

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is not granted, the product will be returned to the shipping address it was sent from.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card on file or original method of payment, within a 3 days or in compliance with your credit card companies police for returning funds which may differ from our refund policy. For all money order and company checks, a refund will be provided via company check made out to the persons name and address that made the purchase only. No third party will be addressed in the refund.

The applicable sale price, taxes paid and will only be refunded.

Refunds for Haneeya Products

The following condition must be met:

  • Product must be unused and with no to very little sign of use. Light scuffs marks are expected if the product was tried on or put on other gear to be fitted.
  • Item must be in it’s original packaging, and be free of damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error of the product.
  • Item must be returned within 3 days from the date the item was received or delivered.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items

Sale priced items also qualify under our refund and exchange policy.


We only replace if the items are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: APOD Group, LLC. 11770 Charles St., , La Plata, Maryland 20646.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item(s) over RM200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance from POS LAJU MALAYSIA. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it may be damaged. All standard packaging practices will be exercised to prevent damage.
